Best Way to Calculate my Calories

Hi, I work nights 10PM - 6AM Tuesday to Saturday. I'm currently working out my calories 12AM to 12PM any advice or do's and don't for night worker. I struggle with my exercise allowance as Its not in the same day...
My Day
12AM
1:30AM - Breakfast
4:00AM - Snack
8:00AM - Gym
9:30AM - Sleep till around 4PM
6:00-7:00PM - Dinner
12PM

i am surprised you have the energy to stay up till 9 and then work out. I have to wait till i wake up to have the energy to work out properly.0
