Im confused this is what my diary is at right now

Goal. Food. Exercise. Net. Remaining .
1285. 1719. 874. 842. 443

What am I to look at or eat? Net or remaining?

    Hi,

    You need to eat 842 calories. Right now due to your exercise calories you are only netting 443. Which is NOT okay:) That is very unhealthy.

    Thank u so much I've been at a standstill and I just realized I've been way under my Bmr of 1285 I have it set at sedatary but eating bac my cal . I wo 6 days a week. Again thank u :)

    Wait my net right now is 842 and my remaining is 443, so which do I have to look at have eaten by the end of the day? Sorry I'm being a pita

    No problem. Okay if your goal is 1285 and you exercised 874 and ate 1719 then (1719-874=845 this is net) Goal 1285-845=440
    440 is the amount you need to eat in oder to get back to your BMR.

    Ok got it so always look at remaining calories at end of day and eat that. That's a whole lot left and I already ate dinner. Do u eat all ur wo calories back? Or make sure I'm at least at 1285 Bmr?

    I will never eat below 1200. Doctor's orders. So if my exercise calories put me below that than yes, I eat them:)
