Hi All:
I hope everyone is doing awesome. So I was thinking about what we see in the mirror everyday and what others see, (as far as body image). So I started looking up what people look like who are my height and weight and what people look like where I want to be. Found this site: http://www.mybodygallery.com/ If anyone has been wondering or thinking about the same thing you may want to take a look.
You may find your goal will change or motivate you even more.
