I am starting to rethink this...
I put moderate. Should I have put that? Gah questions questions...
Here is my schedule (I'm finishing up 30DS)
Sunday: 5k practice (I run a full 5k) and 30DS
Monday: 30DS and shred-it with weights/ lifting weights
Tuesday: 30DS and 6 week 6 pack
Wednesday: 30DS and swimming laps at the pool for an hour
Thursday: 30DS and 6 week 6 pack
Friday: 30DS and killer buns and thighs
Saturday: 30DS, lifting weights
I am almost done with 30DS, and soon 3-4 days will be replaced with heavy lifting. I just wanted to finish the program first before moving into lifting. I'm slowly starting to get ready by lifting 2x a week.

I'm between 4-6 hours pending on how long my run is and whether or not I push hard with weights.
I put moderate and not strenuous since I don't think that my workouts are that strenuous.
