I'm not very fussy with foods; however many vegetables and fruits that's suppose to be Good for me I can't stand. Peppers, onions blue/black berries.
I love bread, rice and pasta, can do without eating meat.0 -
i love anything thats bread too. when you don't feel like cooking, i really like lean cuisine's pizzas. they have some really good pasta too, and its all portion controlled, which is good for me. also, for breakfast i am a big fan of oatmeal- its really good at satisfying my cravings for bready things- or you can always make an egg sandwich on an english muffin or bagel thin for about 200 calories. tonight i made a greek pizza on a pita with tomato sauce, shredded chicken, feta cheese and fresh basil and it was very yummy and under 500 calories. oh, and i also would suggest checking out the website skinnytaste.com if you haven't already. it has lots of good recipes.0

Try eating some legumes like chickpeas, pinto beans, etc. They fill you up like bready stuff but have lots of fiber and nutrients and are lower in calories. I keep them around to put in curries, salads, etc.
A really healthy and yummy snack is roasted chickpeas. Just take a can of chickpeas and spice as you like (curry powder, chili powder, garlic, a little salt, whatever). Mix maybe 1tsp-1tbsp with the drained chickpeas and roast for around 20-30 minutes in a 350-400 degree oven (depending on how crunchy you want them you could leave them in longer). No added oil required.0 -
Thanks, I'll also check out the website0
