Day 3 Get Motivated Now

I know you want to lose weight. And guess what? You are going to do it! As a matter of fact, you are already doing it. Today I want to come up with a motive that's strong enough to keep you going. When you know why you are doing what you do, you are more likely to carry through to your goal. Therefore, getting and staying motivated is fueled by gathering information that supports your healthful habits.

    Hi BB, what are you doing each day to encourage good eating for that day? I start the day by asking God for help. Father God, help me today not to gorge food, for any reason. I want to feel better, so I'm not distracted from living and loving in your spirit today. Ty in Jesus name I pray Amen.... Then I remind myself of his strength through out the day as I am tempted, at night I thank him for another blessed day. One day at a time. I'll chat again got to take Husband to work. Peace work it!!!!!!
