Week 1 sucess

Really, it hasn't even been a full week. So on Monday, I started eating a little more. Prior to this I had been eating my BMR plus some to all of my exercise cals. My BMR is 1260 and I have been eating 1600 plus whatever I need to net my BMR. I have been on a 2 month plateau so am pleased that this week I didn't gain or lose. But I took 1/2" off my waist. I'm hoping I don't have the weight gain a lot of people get since I wasn't super low cal to begin with. Since I was usually eating my exercise cals I was eating between 1260 and 1500 per day and working off 0-600 per day.

My NROLFW book should be at the PO this morning. Hopefully that will help kick off these last few pounds or turn them into something that doesn't jiggle.

    That's really great! Congrats! Of course, don't freak out if your weight goes up. Just keep up with your measurements and hopefully, you'll continue to see great changes. Good luck!
