Old habits die hard. Today is day 2 of more calories (from 1200 to 1700). This morning while packing a snack (peanut butter and a banana), I got out the spoon and measured out only 1 tblsp of peanut butter....because that's all I'm used to allowing myself.
I'm not sure I could have actually enjoyed any more, but the point is made.....this change is going to necessitate a paradigm shift for me.
What are the 'bad habits" you encountered when increasing your calorie intake?!??!???

omg, i have a dog that looks just like yours, lol. he's a pit/lab mix with the same black/brown shading, and if that's a white patch on his chest, they just might be twins.
i used to eat very little fat. who would have ever thought that was a bad thing?? i still don't meet that macro very often, but i'm getting it closer.
eta: paradigm is one of my favorite words, lol.0
