Tempo

Having a bit of trouble finding info on this. What tempo am I supposed to be using, or is this disregarded in NROL4W? I'm pretty sure it was addressed in the book somewhere...

    I might be wrong, but it is my understanding you should always lift slow as not to incorporate momentum.
  • Was just thinking about this actually!! I know the main aim is lifting heavy so dunno if tempo would matter. Though im probably wrong!

    Thanks for the responses!:smile: I found a thread on the JP Fitness forums, including a response from Lou Schuler. Basically, the thought is that a specified tempo isn't necessary, and that (with control) we should pull/lift fast, and extend slow.
