Its friday slackers!!!!!!! 30 squats when you read this then you may commence the days workout!

10 burpees (w/ push up)
20 standing bicycles (bring your opposite knee to opposite elbow)

20 180 degree jump squats (as you jump up you rotate and land with opposite foot forward)
1 min wall squat sit
20 standing bicycles

10 diamond Push Ups (hands together forming a diamond)
30 mountain climbers

20 low pulsing squats
30 sec. squat low and hold
20 low pusling squats

20 double leg mountain climbers (both legs hop in at once and drop your butt before hopping legs back out)
