So I'm getting bored. Welcome to day 18!
I'm still working out every day with Jillian.... Shred, Kickbox Fastfix, or Shredded in 30 (is that what it's called?)
Usually something twice a day.
Yesterday I started level 3 because I HATE level 2. It's so boring. Holy crap Jillian!
This morning I did workout 2 of Kickbox Fastfix and will probably do level 3 and workout 1 of Kickbox Fastfix tonight. Trying to expedite this process...
No weight coming off. Just assuming inches are coming off. Not really measuring. But I'm noticing changes here and there, especially in endurance.
This afternoon I'm stopping by Target and will see what else Jillian has to offer... and prob get some heavier weights.
Thoughts on what I'm doing? I've probably skipped four days of the Shred in total, including two rest days and most likely two days of just doing something else. I think. Or less. I'd have to look...
When this is all over I'll put up my before and afters with my full calander of what I did. I write it all down :-)
