Hi guys...

Soooo unbelievably glad to find this group.... Every time I have tried a magazine diet or using kcal counting with really low allowances in the past I have felt like I'm being unhealthy and negative to my body trying to est so little, but also really guilty that I have never been able to stick to the limits to lose the same old 7lb.

Now with my new (thanks for the link!!) TDEE- 15% is approximately 1850 which fab.....

Day one down I am full AND I have kcal left so I can avoid my normal evening slip ups and had 3 really good healthy meals already :-)

If anyone would like a new positive friend please request me as I think I need encouragement from others who are sticking to the slow and steady approach.
