I know from time to time someone will post about wanting recipes, but is there any way we can keep it bumped? If everyone would constantly post to it everythime they find a new recipe, we could all easily access it on a regular basis. I found primal friendly one today and can't wait to make it:

Please post recipes as you come across them!!! ...and share some of your staples as well!

It would probably be easier for one of the forum mods to pin the recipe thread at the top so it doesn't need to be bumped. ;)

this is my almost paleo shepherd's pie. There is cornstarch in it. Anyone recommend a thickener that I can use to replace cornstarch for "gravy"?

I made a "Pasta" Salad for a family cookout tonight - it was a hit!

4 cups cauliflower - cut into "pasta" size pieces
    1/2 c. Chopped onions
    1 c. Diced cucumbers
    2 boiled eggs - diced
1 can of rotel - drained (heat your choice - I used medium)
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp paleo mayonnaise

Cook cauliflower in chicken broth till tender/crisp, drain, put in bowl, add the remaijing ingredients, stir well. Refridgerate for a couple of hours.
