There's some great equipment that BodyRock TV uses but I know better than anyone that we can't always have everything we want (my apartment would have been a gym a LONG time ago if I could )! I'm going to post links to the equipment that they do use so you can purchase it if you would like. I'm going to save up and get the dip station eventually.

HOWEVER. I'm a BIG believer in do-it-yourself. I was going to make my own sandbag anyway and then I found a great little video on how to make one. (http://homemadegymequipment.com/homemade-gym-equipment-sandbags/) You can make your own for about $15. All you need is some sand/mulch (I can get a bag for about $3-5 at my local hardware stores or WalMart), heavy duty plastic bags, and duct tape. No, really, that's it. I'm sure you can imagine what you do, but just weigh out how much sand/mulch you want, put it into the bag, and tape it up really tight with the duct tape. You should have a little "handle" the top to swing it with. Cut it to whatever length you'd like.

Also, you can a bag of sugar weighing a few lbs in a plastic bag, then put that into a backpack and use that! Even easier!

So, BodyRockers, NO EXCUSES. We can do this with or without equipment and even get creative to make our own. Don't be your own worst enemy standing in your way!
