So even though I ate at my cut (2500) yesterday, my burn was almost 3300. Too big a deficit, but I fell asleep before I could hit the PB jar. LOL.....but for the first time that I can even remember I woke up in the middle of the night famished. Like I was in pain I was so hungry. It was just the weirdest thing. I was able to will myself back to sleep but this has never happened to me before. The beast has woken UP!

    I hear ya!! I have been starving in the mornings for the last few weeks. It's crazy!

    I've been waking up hungry. But 3am? I couldn't believe it. I'm bummed that I didn't get my deficit smaller, but we have friends coming today so I have a feeling I'll be eating them today. Oops. LOL!
