Ten miler and nrolfw

Hi all! I have been on MFP for about a year. I initially lost about 25 lbs, but then during the course of a 8 month foot injury and a son having two surgeries, I lost my ability to exercise consistently. So I have signed up for the Army ten miler in Oct and I have my slightly used copy of New Rules. Now, this next month and a half I am moving from KY to GA and I will be without a house for that time (staying with family and friends with my dog and four kids) but I think I can pull it off. I am reading the sticky posts to figure out all the concepts.

You can do it!!!! Would so rather doing this after a "break" instead of after a long period of starving my metabolism and having to reset it (and my thinking). So, IMO, you are already at a great place!0
