Has anyone tried this for chronic endo pain management? My doctor has me starting it tomorrow. Hoping it helps with the physical and mental side of the chronic pain my endo causes me...

hello, I have never heard of this drug (I am in the UK), however I have just googled it and it appears to primarily be an antidepressant, also used to treat Fibromyalgia patients.
I have heard of other anti-depressants being used for nerve pain/endo pain like Citalopram & Amitryptaline, with success. I would give it a go and see how you get along.0 -
So I've been doing the Cymbalta for a couple weeks now. The first week was awful - lots of dizziness and nausea, BUT NOW... I feel so much better! I haven't had any endo pains that I would rate over a 4 this past week. I was dealing with pain every single day, so this is an exciting improvement.0

2 month Update:
I feel soooooo much better. For those of you having chronic pain that comes and goes almost daily, you may want to look into Cymbalta. I still have pain but I'd say it's a HUGE improvement based on where I was before.0 -
I'm going to look into it. Thanks for sharing.0

My doctors haven't tried that yet. I'm in the middle of 6 months of Lupron shots + hormone replacement therapy. Still having some pain, hoping that it all goes away within 3 more months0

Good luck to you with the Lupron. It was way too hard for me on Lupron. Hope the Cymbalta info can help someone!0
