How many calories on average are other people burning in this workout? I feel like something is wrong with me because I don't burn nearly as much with this one as I do with workout 5. I admit that workout 5 uses more muscle groups that I never used to work out as much. Plus, the supersets are challenging! Workout 6 is challenging too, especially (for me) with the storks and liberty squats. I have to do them at a slower pace, but I still feel it. Yet, I don't burn as much with this one. I don't know if I'm doing this wrong, or do other people experience this too?

I burn about the same with all of the workouts (a bit more with cardio). After I do the workouts for the first time, I try to push the UP button as much as I can. I find I just add intensity with each move so that my heartrate is always in the same zone. But I have a lot to lose, so I may be in the minority

I burn on average around 320 calories in workout 6- but I push really hard to burn that much. I used to burn around 270 cals with workouts 3 and 4.0
