Breaking through the Brick Wall

Hi!
I'm Luci and 3 years ago I realized I had gained a lot of weight and wanted to work it off. I hit a plateau at 138.5 lbs several times and eventually became so fed up and brokenhearted that I gave up. I started working out again a couple months ago and joined MFP about 2 and half weeks ago.
I joined this group to hopefully help push me through the next month and break past my plateau. I promise to do at least 1 hour of cardio activity 5 days a week and increase my fruits and veggies over the next month. Hopefully, that will get me through my personal brick wall.
