Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me?? I am a 5'3" 40 year old moderately active female. On MFP my BMR was 1500 a day. When I checked my TDEE it came to roughly 2117. Subtracting 15% off that, I came up with the figure of 1800 calls a day. Trying to change that on MFP, but don't know how??? I changed my settings to say I would like to lose 1/2 lbs a week and it took my BMR unto 1580. Still not enough. What do I do??? Just so I have the same figures in my head as in MFP. Thank you!!

To change your calorie intake:
Go to home: Goals: Scroll to bottom and hit Change Goals: Hit the Custom option: Then change your Net calories to your desired # (1800)0 -
