Help me.....

I just realized that I do zero weight training....Is that really bad??? I'm just scared I'll bulk up cause genetically in my family, we are very muscular. And in the past, my arms got really buff from weight training....Did I just do it wrong???

Can I substitute weights with regular resistance training like floor push-ups???

    I've been reading about this and everything I've read states a woman will not bulk up and strength training is important, I think its best to incorporate at least 2 days of weight training. This is only my opinion I'm no expert.
