Last year when I got down to 155lbs(size 8), I had visualized this picture in my mind of the inside of my abdomen and the fat just burning away. The yellow nasty fat was just bubbling and melting off my core every time I ran, at least in my mind's eye anyway. And before I knew it I was in a size 8. I ran almost every day for about 3 months and did not really think too much about what I ate. I ate stuff that was good for my sensitive stomach.

Does any body else think that visualization helps or am I a little bonkers?

I am going to try it again during this challenge but I will log my food this go round. What have I got to lose besides fat around my core? Ha!
