I have to meet her at the gym at 6am and I'm stuck! I am by no means a personal trainer but I have done a fair share of strength training. I don't want to start her on NROWL (yet), because for now I think she needs something that's easy to memorize and that she can accomplish and get into the groove. She is a lifelong athlete but is out of shape and hasn't done much strength stuff...how does this look for a full body circuit? I added in some burpees with every set to keep her HR up. I was thinking 2 times through each circuit, 10 reps each. Ideas welcome!

Warmup - treadmill

Squats
Pushups
Seated Row
Burpees

Lunges
Shoulder Press
Single Leg Deadlift
Burpees

Box Jump
Jacknife
Pullups/lat pulldowns
Burpees

I think it looks great but I think I would swap out the single leg DLs for regular stuff legged DLs.

Thanks! I took your advice and changed the deadlifts. She loved it, it was challenging for both of us (I just used heavier weights), and fit exactly in the time she had available. We're going to make a it a standing Monday 6 a.m. date at the gym (I'll keep doing NROWL and she'll do the program I developed for her)! I love that I'm inspiring other friends to get in better shape!
