The person with the lowest Cholesterol for the week wins.
Challenge runs from Monday-Saturday.
Everyone is encouraged to participate.
You can change what you track if you go to food and then go to the top and select settings.

neat challenge!! for those that dont want to change settings you can easily view cholesterol by hitting the 'view printable report' on bottom left of food diary.

Kalynx, I am glad you said that, cuz I was wondering how we were gonna all get our cholesterol check this week....lol wow, I had no idea it even recorded it here, I was gonna say, my LDL was 1.34 last month, does that count0
