Eating Out

I am kinda new to the whole low carb diet and to be honest, I used to be one who thought it was ridiculous and could never work. But I've been proven wrong. But I am having a hard time eating out. I have a hard time finding nutritional information with meals without the bun, or without the potatoes.
Some places like Panera and Culvers will give you the break down of a meal so you can figure out what it is, but I was wondering if anyone had a tool or site they used?
Thanks!

I don't have a tool but I tend to stick to steak when I go out (not often, admittedly). I usually ask for more salad and veggies in leiu of chips/mash and I haven't had a problem yet.
I do get odd looks when I pass up on the garlic bread, rolls, etc but if I were intolerant of these things it wouldn't be an issue so ... Can't say I miss them either, might as well fast forward to the tasty stuff.
Having said all this I think the 80/20 rule applies and some slack can be cut once in a while. A burger bun once in a while will not derail the whole enterprise, in my opinion.0
