Anyone done it? I think it's easier than 2...

    Its never been my favorite in the past. I don't think its as hard as it should be and I think the moves/flow bores me or doesn't work....something. So now I do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 12 and going to make it my goal to stick with level 3 for 8 days. I usually end up moving on to Ripped in 30.

    Not yet, I am two days behind, but I plan on starting it on Wednesday. Did you like it? I am getting pretty good at level 2. (Although my arms/shoulders are just burning by the end, I guess that is what they are suppose to do), but I can do it all. Some at modified level and some at the upper level.

    Ok - I finally made it to level 3. I am actually surpised that it wasn't a huge shock to my system like the other levels were. Maybe it means that I am starting to get into shape :) Wouldn't that be nice.

    Is anyone still out there?????
