Hello,
Just joing this site on Thursday and already down 4.5 pounds! WoW!!!!! I have tried everything, but I believe this site will be my last stop to keeping the weight off! My whole family is on the plan and it is fun to reprogram our foods to fit in something you want and to increase in our daily activity that gives us those extra calories. A calorie is a calorie!!!!!!
