I've been seeing a lot of people recommend the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women." Someone has kindly given me a copy of "The New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle."
I am wondering.. Is there any reason for me to spend money and buy the one for women if I already have the other one? I assumed from reading the Amazon description that "The New Rules of Lifting" was for both genders.. how much is different is the version for women from the original? And is the original targeted to men or to both genders?
Thank you!

I haven't read the New Rules of Lifting, but in the NROLW he basically says there is no reason women can't do the NROL and his message throughout the book is that women can and should do the same types of exercise as men are doing.
So I wouldn't bother with getting the other book.0 -
Thank you very much Heidi.0
