TONING TRICEPS

MY BICEPS RESPOND ALMOST IMMEDIATLEY TO WORK OUTS WITH 3LB WEIGHTS, MAYBE EVEN A BIT TOO MUCH. MY BICEPS ARE BIG YET THE REST OF THE ARM EXERSCISES I DO FOR THE TRICEPS DON'T SEEM TO WORK LEAVING ME WITH BIG BULKY ARMS THAT ARE TIGHT ON TOP AND FLABBY ON THE BOTTOM. NOT HAPPY WITH THESE RESULTS AT ALL. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
