They recommend 5 serves fruit/veg every day, i for one don't meet this. literally ever, oopsie lol!
I would like to propose the following challenge:
a minimum of 3 serves of veg (1/2 cup of cooked veg or 1 cup of salad) and 1 serve of fruit/ raw veg per day til next weigh in day x

I love it! I get my veggies in but I am terrible with fruit. I will aim for 4/vegs 1/fruit a day! Congrats again.

I did fine with the water! I already meet those minimums but I will aim for veges and/or fruits at all meals not just at some meals. Since I love a beautiful salad full of veggies it's easy to meet the minimum right there. Veggies with supper--that get's a little tougher for some reason--run out of time and my family is home.0
