in June 2009 I met Jenny Labaw. She was a super fit trainer that gave me one of the best workouts I had experienced. She talked to me about eating Paleo.
It sounded interesting except for the no wheat part.
I mean, sandwiches ? seriously?
I "talked" about thinking about doing paleo for 2.5 years - it took me THAT long to just "do it".
Jenny is an amazing trainer, athlete, coach and I have followed her competitions since that time.
She competes in crossfit games and does exceptionally well - virtually always on the leader boards.
I saw this video of her and am now even more blown away - I never knew she had epilepsy and would never have guessed it. I'm so glad I've met her because indirectly she is responsible for my health.
