Hi I've upped my calories from 1200 to 1700 my weightloss is still slow
I'm eating 1700 Gross
I've worked out my TDEE -20% = 1785
Should eat to gross that or eat to net it on the box up the top of diary?
Seems High on exercise day to net = 2400 calories ?
I'm sure I'd gain I've been eating 1700 gross average net 900 ?
Thanks

This method relies on eating your cut (1785) every day and make sure your net (food-exercise) is greater than your BMR everyday.
Hope that helps.0
