Memorial Day to Labor Day Challenge

Hi Members,

I am new to the group (as of yesterday)! I really need a challenge to get with it this summer! Memorial Day to Labor Day is 14 weeks. I got to thinking, what can I do in 14 weeks to better myself? To be a stronger individual, a healthier me! I am going to be turning 51 during this time! OMG! How can I be 51 already????? :sad: But with that being said I want to feel better, look better, and dang it not give in to the adage that past 50 is downhill!

I am going to set goals: Aim for 8,000-10,000 steps a day!
Eat fresh, less processed foods!
Track my calorie intake!
Be POSITIVE!!!! :smile:

Starting next Monday I will post my starting weight which is very difficult for me! :blushing: I am over 200 lbs and NEVER share my weight. (Like people don't know I am overweight to begin with! DUH!) But Monday will be a new day...I am gonna show people I can and will accomplish this one area of my life I have never been able to get in check! Check in will be EVERY MONDAY for 14 weeks.
