How strict should we stick to the meal plan? I do the grocery shopping and cooking in my home, but I'm cooking for 4 other adults and a child aswell... We eat healthy and most of this stuff is always part of my diet as it is... I can't really stick to the exact meals, but the scheduled eating and healthy items wouldn't be a problem...

Honestly just stick to it as much as you can, I understand i how hard it would be cooking dinner for your family and then eating another meal. So yeah, just try and eat most of the same foods and I think you'll be good.
