If I'm custom setting my goals, and currently doing 1702 calories (I know Lucia, you want me at 1900 but I'm working on getting it up there!) what % should I set my Carbs, Fat, Protein too???

    Like you working up to your cals ... you will work up to hit your limit ... just plan ahead at beginning of day and then you can see where you can change it around a bit to try to hit it ... don't worry about a few cals ... anything over 50 or 100 would be too much i am sure :)
