My favorite protein shake recipe!

I've been playing around with putting together my own protein shakes instead of going with a pre-made mix, because I like knowing what goes into my food. I am LOVING the following:
In a 1 cup mason jar add:
4 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Whey Protein
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar
Close up the jar and give it a good shake to incorporate the cocoa powder with the whey protein.
Add 1/2 cup of 2% milk to the jar.
Close up the jar, and shake vigorously until everything is mixed together. (You can, if you like, mix it before your workout. I find that the texture is smoother if I let it sit for a while before I drink it.)
Nutritional profile:
205 cals
16 g carbs
5 g fat
26 g protein
So delicious, and all natural!

This is yummy and I like that I know all the ingredients in it, but I didn't get the same nutritional profile. I put it into the recipes calculator to add to my food for today and I got
175 cal
15 carb
6 fat
21 protein
I may put an extra tablespoon of whey protein to bump it up a bit.0 -
Bump for later. I'm getting some whey protein this week. I'm a litte scared that it'll taste horrible!0
