BMR is 1667. Need help me with TDEE, please!!
I am 5'3". Current weight is 208. I make it to the gym anywhere from 1 - 5 times per week and use the elliptical trainer anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes each time.
I have a desk job - 7 to 8 hours per day at my desk Monday through Friday.
I spend 1.5 hours in my car commuting each day.
Other than that, I spend first hour of each day getting ready.
When I get home, I take care of my kids from 6 to 9 or 10. Dinner, baths, etc. Some sitting around, but not too much.
Probably sleep 7 hours per night on average.
I am having such a hard time estimating my actvitiy level.
Depending on what I enter, TDEE anywhere from 2144 to 2450, which seems like a big range.
What would you use as TDEE? Thanks in advance!

It is hard to estimate when your workouts vary so much 1-5times a week can make a difference.
I would tell you to go with light activity (1-3 hrs) and cut the 15% from there. If you find that you are consistently having to eat more to NET your BMR then go up to the next level which is moderate.0
