first gym session on eating more

I increased my calories on Sunday but due to my pcos I haven't been in the right frame of mind to train. Today I went training and all I can say is wow.

My energy today was phenonenal I am normally a mess after my session and feel drained and knackered. Today though I did my cardio and my weights and still felt able to do more after. The only thing I have done different is eat a lot more than I had been.

I can't wait to see what results I get following this.

I have a low net figure now due to my cardio so do I now eat untill the net = bmr figure

    yup, eat enough calories to make sure your NET is at or above BMR on high burn days. :)
