Am I not lifting heavy enough?
Im using resistance bands btw. Simply because I bought them for dh to do p90x iand hes not using them and I hate to waste money.

    I don't think you need to feel sore all the time but it is definitely a sign that you worked hard if you have some muscle soreness the next day.

    That's not to say that you didn't work hard with the bands.

    A better way to judge if you lifted heavy enough is if you have fatigued your muscles during your workout. If you couldn't possibly do another rep.
