I started running last June, starting with walking, followed by C25K, then B210K and finally nmy first ever race on Sunday, a 10K which i ran in 1 hr 3 mins.I have decided to work towards a half marathon now to keep myself motivated! Any tips, books or apps that you have found jelpful gratefully received! Friend me if you would like to!
