Awesome idea! Funny that is your commitment....I am not a push up gal, but after my AM workout I felt like throwing in a bit extra, and dropped and did 10 'real' push ups adn 45 'girl' pushups. Every extra bit helps!0 -

I have school today and with walking to and from my parking lot and all around campus it adds up to about 1 hour 15 minutes for the day. I don't log that tho.0

Alllllrighty Knocked out my 45 min. AM cardio/flexability workout, then 35 min. elliptical/stationary bike on my lunch break.....that was the plan though! I am here to report my '100 JJ's took two minutes at an EZ pace Monday, Tuesday I still went 2 minutes but got in 125 JJ's, and am verrrrrry happy to report I got in 140 in two minutes today, I am so going to max speed them Thursday and aim for AT LEAST 150 :happy: Oh yeah *PLUS* 11 oh yeah I said 11 narrow pushups and 3 minutes of that lying down in crunch position doing the bike thing with your legs. LOL whatever you call it. Last night my '10 minute yoga solution' video was so nice I went on to do the next three.....lol then wanted to see what was up with the '10 minute solution kickboxing' series so I did the 1st one of them. This chika has a sore arss. Hurts so good!0

Yesterday I walked for an additional hour. I wanted to stop at 45 min, 50 min, and 55 minutes, but I kept on pushing. I'm healing from a stress fracture, so I'm walking (instead of running). I never thought I'd miss running this much -- it's been about two months. I can't WAIT to run again!0

It's so funny how when you start to exercise it seems like the worst thing ever- but before you know it when you can't do something you miss it soooo much! I feel ya.....congrats on finishing the entire extra hour!! :drinker:0 -

So true! Sometimes I dread my workouts like crazy, but after about 5 minutes into it, I'm glad I started. ...I just need to keep reminding myself of this over and over again, lol : )0
