Going to start this tomorrow morning. Will do it tonight after rehearsal if I'm not exhausted. I've been working out for the past two days for about 30 minutes lifting weights and such so i think i'm ok.0

DAY ONE - CHECK.
My 15 month old son vacuumed while I worked out. Very funny. And every time I put the weights down he came and gave them to me (4 pound weights). So I basically had weights the all the way through. But it felt good so I might continue to do that. And I think I need to pick up 10 pounders (so he cannot lift them and to alternate because I want to feel more of a burn.
I am getting married in 5 weeks today. Starting today... the month of no excuses!0 -

Day 1 done. I only have 5lb weights so I struggle with the lunges and I can only do the modified pushups all the way through. I'm shredding it again tonight because I can't make it to the gym before they close. Yay!0

I got up to day 15 and then ended up slacking because of uni work (just finished my final year on Monday). I hadn't worked out in about 2 weeks up until tonight.. I feel dead after that workout. ugh.. haven't weighed in in a couple of weeks. Hope I haven't put on too many pounds.0
