    Day 1 done. I only have 5lb weights so I struggle with the lunges and I can only do the modified pushups all the way through. I'm shredding it again tonight because I can't make it to the gym before they close. Yay!

    ETA: 198cal burn according to the HRM. I think my body is ready for level 2 but I want to do the full 10 days first.

    I didn't do measurements because I'm doing a hybrid and didn't think about it.

    I got up to day 15 and then ended up slacking because of uni work (just finished my final year on Monday). :( I hadn't worked out in about 2 weeks up until tonight.. I feel dead after that workout. ugh.. haven't weighed in in a couple of weeks. Hope I haven't put on too many pounds.

    Week 1, Day 2 = complete. 217 calories burned. Didn't realize you could sweat so much in such a short amount of time...HOLY CRAP!!!! Thanks for keeping us accountable!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

    It should have been day 7 for me but I decided to have a night off as im feeling so burnt out at the moment, exercising everyday, working double my normal hours, packing to go home and completing my NVQ.
