1 - How do you count Body Rev in your exercise diary? I've been using circuit training but the MFP calories always seem too high (compared to my heart rate monitor thingy).
2 - I'm only on week 2 and I find myself losing motivation. The workouts are good (after I finish cursing Jillian for 30 minutes I feel good about having finished them), but I am having a seriously hard time being good about my food. HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED?!?! Need advice to keep going, because I know I can't out-exercise a bad diet.
3 - PAIN! My knees and hips hurt and it's only week 2... this kinda scares me. Granted, I had surgery on my hip last year, but this seems to be bothering it more than normal. Anyone know if this will get better or if I should add in more rest days or what? I don't want to give up on the program!
Thanks for the help... new at this and trying to get the hang of it. :noway:

1) You can create your own exercises. Use your heart rate monitor to figure out how much you burned from the workout and log it that way. If you need help with that, there are a few Mayo Clinic resources I use to help me figure everything out.
2) What are you eating? Are you following her meal plan? Perhaps your body needs more food if you are. I would calculate your TDEE---another member told me to do this and it really helped. It quantifies your energy being burned and people usually take 75-90% of that number and use it for calorie intake. Again, Mayo Clinic helped me with that one because if you take a percentage of calories in that range it roughly equates to 1-2 pounds lost per week.
3) My knees were also in pain during this workout. I think it's because your body is getting used to the impact. However, if you have had hip surgery, maybe you should talk to your doctor if you haven't already. Also, try modifying the high impact if it's really painful and see if that helps take some of the pain away.
Good luck! It sounds like you're doing a great job!0
