C25K App?

Hello All! I have an LG800G phone through Tracfone and was wondering if anyone knew of an app I can download for C25K? I don't think I can use any of the iPhone or Android apps, so I'm looking for just a generic one that I can download. Any thoughts?

if you have itunes, you can download the podrunners podcasts. That's what I'd recommend.

I second the podcast idea, podcasts are great for this. Since that isn't a smartphone I'm not sure what app would be applicable.
