3 days in...

And I'm already so happy I made this change. I had only been on the MFP 1200 calorie standard for three weeks and was feeling miserable. At this point in my day at work (4-5pm), I was starving and only had 400 calories left for dinner. Now, I've just had a snack of Greek yogurt (have never liked yogurt until now), and feel very satisfied. I actually had energy and wasn't sore like I have been on my morning walk, and TMI alert, my digestion is much more regular. :) Tone will tell how my body responds to thus overall, but the initial signs are promising. :)

    Just awesome. Glad you didn't suffer too long at 1200. Just didn't know how I did it...lol.
