And I'm already so happy I made this change. I had only been on the MFP 1200 calorie standard for three weeks and was feeling miserable. At this point in my day at work (4-5pm), I was starving and only had 400 calories left for dinner. Now, I've just had a snack of Greek yogurt (have never liked yogurt until now), and feel very satisfied. I actually had energy and wasn't sore like I have been on my morning walk, and TMI alert, my digestion is much more regular. Tone will tell how my body responds to thus overall, but the initial signs are promising.
