Meal planning sites

Anyone used the paleoplan.com resources (meal plans or the quick start guide)? I don't mind planning meals, but I need a lot of make ahead stuff that can come to work with me or that can be defrosted and tossed in the oven-- for example, roasted brussel sprouts are easy to make when I get home at night, but I'd prefer not to make a salmon cake on a weeknight.

Is that website good, or are there any others that you would recommend for this purpose?

Are you looking for a site with ready-made meal plans, or do you want to input your own recipes and plan with a calendar? I don't know about ready-made meal plans, but I use www.mealfire.com for my meal planning. You just put in whatever recipes you want and drag them onto the calendar.

MFP ate my last response. Mealfire has a bookmarklet you can install, similar to the Pinterest one, where you can import recipes automatically from sites like allrecipes.com. If a site isn't supported, the bookmarklet will open a little box where you can just copy and paste. Easy peasy.

A combination of both-- I love getting new recipe ideas, but I have some standards that will work fine. I am definitely going to have to check out mealfire. Many thanks!!

My big concern is getting new recipes that are easy to make ahead-- even though it's only two of us, we work crazy hours and having frozen meals keep us going for lunch and dinner. I have some standards that are really easy and reliable, but I'd like to mix more in. Most of my recipes are pasta or stew heavy, and pasta is pretty much out and stew is gross after three bites to me.
