Hey Surfer Dudes! I hope everyone had a GREAT Week 7! Now it is time to weigh in! We only have 5 more weigh ins!!!! WOW!!! I didn't workout during the past weeks, also stress in the office is killing me and pushing me to emotional eating, I'm really sad :sad:

I can't beleive it....I'm working my *kitten* off.... I'm hungry all the time...I'm eating my calories....I'm at the gym 5 days a week...I do cardio 6 days a week (treadmill one hour at 3.7 speed varing to level from 4 to 9)...I weight lift 4 days a week..(I'm talking weight... example today I leg pressed 180#, squat 75#, leg curl 80#, leg extrention #85, lat pull downs 80#, seated rows 80#....I do 3 to 4 sets 10 to 15 reps)
Any ideas why it's coming off so SSSSSLLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!
