Can I do CrossFit and NROL4W?

According to the book it tells you to get 48 hours rest between NROL4W workouts. I have been doing crossfit for the past year and half and truly enjoy it. My question is this, if I want to start NROL4W do I have to give up CrossFit? Currently, I'm doing CrossFit on Mondays and Wednesdays, then running on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I guess I could do CrossFit and NROL4W workouts on the same day and have the 48 hours rest in between? But would that overtax the muscles?

Any suggestions?

definitely overtax if you're doing NROL4W correctly and treating it like a strength training program.

i suppose if you werent too concerned with using it to gain strength and therefore werent aggressive with the weight increases then you could do it

The goal is to build more muscle and lose more fat. I figured I'd probably have to pick one or the other but was hoping maybe Crossfit could fit in somehow!

but can gain muscle with crossfit as well since it's not like you'll be tossing around barbie weights. i think both programs are good i just dont think they're good together.

also i know for me crossfit would lead to a faster fat loss since my body responds quicker to fat loss when i lift with moderately heavy weights in a circuit rather than lifting strength with heavy weights.
