Eating Excercise Calories?!?!

Hi guys,
I just have a question, I'm eating 1700 Calories a day (before exercise) but burn anywhere between 250-800 calories a workout (have a HRM). Just wondering wether I should eat back my excercise calories or not as I'm confused!
Thanks

only if your exercise burn puts your NET calorie number below your BMR. then you just need to eat enough to get your NET back over your BMR number. If you are constantly having to eat back calories, then likely you estimated your activity level too low and you will need to adjust it higher.0
